I've Been at St. Mark Since: 2024
Personal: I was born and raised in a small town called Calkini, in Mexico into a family of teachers. I was a teacher there for around 10 years. I got married to my husband Doug and moved to the United States in 2021, I volunteered as a catechist; I was also a full-time Spanish substitute teacher from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Doug and I adopted a dog we named 'Mole' like the food because it's my favorite.
Philosophy of Education: I love teaching by example and with values. I give students the tools to communicate like a real spanish speaker in everyday situations and academics, I also immerse them in Spanish Culture.
Mission Statement: Form with love and putting God first, Catholic, supportive, upright and proactive leaders to build a better world.
