2023-2024 Re-Enrollment & New Sibling Application Instructions
Deadline – Friday, February 17, 2023
All enrollment related forms are available in FACTS.
1) To access all re-enrollment and application forms:2) To re-enroll a current student, click on the "Enrollment/Reenrollment" button.
The Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your currently enrolled child/children. The online process should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.
Please complete each section of the form. The last steps will request payment of the enrollment fee and "enrollment packet review." Please remember to submit the forms when prompted. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the re-enrollment form is successfully submitted.
3) To complete an application for a new student, click on the "Application" button.
This form must be completed for any child that will attend St. Mark for the first time. Please do NOT complete this form if your child is a current St. Mark student.
Please complete each section of the form, once finished you will be prompted to pay the application and submit the form. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the application form is successfully submitted.
Deadline
The deadline to re-enroll is Friday, February 17, 2023. The re-enrollment form must be submitted and the fee paid to complete the process.
After the deadline, we will match new applicants with open spots. We will accept late re-enrollment forms and late applications, provided space is available. Late fees apply.
Fees
*Re-enrollment Fee - $450 per family
*New Sibiling Application Fee - $100 per application
*Re-enrollment forms submitted after the deadline will be assessed additional late fees:
-Starting February 18 - $150 late fee per family
